Art Teacher - Camp Mercy (2024)

During the summer of 2024, I had the pleasure of teaching art at Camp Mercy at Our Lady of Mercy Regional School, working with kids aged 4-10. I integrated an arts curriculum that focused on basic concepts to help develop their artistic skills. The projects ranged from crafts and painting tutorials to collaborative design work, each designed to foster creativity while reinforcing key artistic foundations. A standout project involved collaborating with the students to create coloring book pages, where I engaged with their individual interests and taught them essential art principles. I then illustrated the final designs, bringing their ideas to life and encouraging their artistic growth in a fun, supportive environment.
